My rewards points havent registered. The email the store has is srpurcell2630@***.com, the email on my rewards is srpurcell@***.com. Im not sure why or how the store got the Gmail account because I dont use that for many things so it doesnt get flooded with spam when companies sell it. Can you please link them and is there anyway to apply points from past visits?

- - Night-before online prices differ from pickup, the in-store checkout doesn't show the ordered price, and the reviewer will switch dispensaries.
Anytime I order the night before and the sales aren't the same as when I ordered, the pickup price is much higher. Why isn't the price I ordered presented to me when I go to the store to check out? If it happens one more time, I am going to find a new dispensary.

Money being taken from my account
This company took 100's of dollars from my account and did not repay the money. Had to fight with my bank about t=returning the funds. Awful!!!

- - The store manager Chris resolved the issue after a difficult customer call.
I was charged the current price of the item not the price from my preorder. I added to the preorder and subtracted one item from the original order.
It should be programmed to put your preorder in the register with the prices from your preorder then the sales person works off of that total. I went back in, but the store was busy and did not want to wait to have to go over my whole order called customer service, which was a nightmare as I could not hear my representative over all the people talking in the background I realized its a call center but that should be taking into consideration when dealing with a customers.
The store manager called me back and worked everything out. He was awesome thank you Chris.

The service rep was very helpful with my problem and immediately told me what to do to resolve it.
I think the budtender should shake the container to make sure it has something in it. I wasn't pissed, I was just mad when I woke for my wake and bake to an empty container.

I usually look for 9lb hammer flower and CDT syringe to enhance the effects to help me sleep. I won't use the BDT because of the Ethanol in the processing part.
I prefer the CO2. I won't do vapes, wax etc... Finding the flower is almost impossible and only available one per year. It sells out extremely fast and is a very popular strain.
I can never find the 9lb hammer CDT anymore for over a year now. I lucked out and got an ounce of flower that I asked for my points to be redeemed and to split the order, so I would get a discount. The lady didn't even realize it was 1/4 ounce for 35.00 and rang it in wrong so it was the wrong total. She told me I couldn't split the order or it would cost me more money.
So I only got 5.00 off the entire purchase but did get the sale price of 140.00.
after a manager was called to fix it. She had no idea nor did customer service on why I can no longer get the CDT of 9lb hammer only BDT.
Someone has to be the voice.
Purchased pre rolls too tight to even smoke. Multiple times. You should definitely be aware of this problem.

- - Water leaks from 501 S Broad St into 507 S Broad St, soaking basement wall.
- - Condensate from a moved refrigerator drains into the wall; the leak grows.
We rang the doorbell at your 501 South Broad Street store June 25 to report a water leak from your building into our building at 507 South Broad St. We explained that water is coming through the wall into our basement.
The water draining into our building has soaked a 6'x8' section of our basement wall, ruined some pipe insulation (which we have now removed) on our heating pipes, continues to soak the heating pipes, and has created a puddle that is continuing to grow in size and depth each day. Needless to say, the damage will is increasing daily. We were told the cause is a refrigerator that has been moved into your garage bay which is draining condensate into the wall, instead of into a drain. We were given assurance that the problem would be corrected, but it clearly has not been corrected since water continues to seep into our building.
The associate we spoke to hustled us out of the lobby, telling us that it was illegal to be in the building.
We are happy to speak to someone on the sidewalk. Otherwise, you are most welcome to call us on the telephone 215-545-****.
I have notified Mr.
Patel--the owner of the building--given that he may share some liability for the damage, which is a shame because he is a very nice fellow. Otherwise, I will also contact the Philadelphia Water Department who will need to inspect the building based on notification of the issue.

Confirm that Trulieve still sells high THC drip. Sierra Vista, AZ. Trulieve has informed customers that high THC is no longer sold unless a medical license is used.
