I was wrongly terminated at Trulieve. They took my badge on October 1st and said they saw me on camera with a product falling out of my pocket onto the ground.
Then, I asked to see the camera footage and they wouldn't show it to me. The plant manager said I had to take it up with HR. The HR representative, Jonni Mitchell, told me to come up there the following day, sending an email saying I was no longer allowed on the premises. She told me to come up there and I asked her when this supposed incident had happened.
She said it was one day last week and she couldn't give me the exact day. We only work 2 and a half days, with a half day on Wednesday because of the storm. They didn't give me any papers to sign for the termination process.
I would have been there for 3 years on May 26, 2025. I believe something needs to be done about this wrongful termination.
Preferred solution: I’m trying to find a lawyer who deals with wrongly determination.

I signed in. They took every customer in the lobby six people before me when I signed in the manager is always so rude that female I dont know what her problem is, but my husband and I she treated my husband like a dog and we both have medical cards.
She yelled at him and embarrass him in front of everybody and said he could not come back when we were both invited in the back cause we were both registered, dont know what her problem is, but she does not do you any good at that store? Sales associates are nice but that shes horrible and she treats her like crap.

Its always something with Trulieve!! Can't use points, nothing on Birthday when you guys did do that, then you actually switched to points then I go today and I have 625 points, can use up to $35, so I place my order for 1 $30 cup of Road Warrior Flower, she tells me I only have 200 points but that she would give me a discount?!
Huh, WHAT?! I'm glad I took a snapshot of my order, proved to her face that I had the points, then proceeded to tell me I could Not, repeat Could Not use them but only $5-$15 of them! I am SO DONE with this place!! Not shopping here ever again!!
I will be returning this cup of crap for other crap
Oh and to add, about three weeks ago, I went in and bought 4 cups of their top-of-the-line strands, going off of their photographs and descriptions on their website not any of it look like any of the pictures completely misconception the flower I didn't get any pretty good flower it was all the same highly disappointed nothing but lies and hard times every time you walk into this place plus they told me I already use my 10% off which I never did. They said Dwayne applied it when I first got the system. I never agreed to that or asked for it such garbage I will be going to Cookies and or MUAV, any other place but Trulieve!!! You guys will not get my money and I'm passing this work on social media, but sad thing is so many others already know this and feel the same way
And Lou of the road warrior first frost was $35 so I asked for that and exchange because she said I could only spend $35.
I just got home and looked at my receipt and she charged me $45. WTF.

Since Trulieve took over harvest the last couple of months have been horrible between the website and trying to get the deals correct and product in stock. No one wants to listen to the employees so maybe you'll listen to the customers.n stop changing your website and get it put together correctly, make sure all deals are the same as when you walk into the store but since you went to Trulieve and not harvest anymore you're going to lose a very valuable customer I've been going to harvest since it first opened in Arizona and now it's a total disaster Whether you care or not your customers do matter and you should start listening to the employees and the customers when they tell you there is a problem not only with your website but that's probably the biggest one!

I tried to place an order online, but because it still shows something as available online when it's not, it is very confusing. Please update the website as soon as something isn't available.

The best part was the samples, the worst are the cowards who come in to fabricate problems. This company will not defend you, they pander to people who come in on any off day and decide to make issues up.
Manipulative Google reviews that can be written by anyone over anything can put your job in danger and the company will just throw you out over it.
I've been here over 2 years and I feel so incredibly unvalued and depreciated after everything I've been through here. It's become so disgustingly corporatized I found myself wanting to walk out multiple times mid shift because management just shrugs their shoulders and ignores you when you need help.
It takes months over many channels to get rid of a customer threatening you multiple times but if you're neurodivergent and forget to smile even once this company will flat out threaten you because as an employee, your life is dirt and you deserve no respect.
I'm leaving as soon as I can, I'm so disappointed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They reached out to me, offered an apology, listened to my complaint, and offered a $25 credit.
Which was fine.
They stated they would be looking into how It could of happened, and look further into it. That's fine with me.
Which I did and rep immediately became defensive and rude. He Said i purchased over a week ago and it didnt come from there, handed it back and said curtly have a nice day. Didnt want my name or ask any questions. Just walked away and I asked for his name.
He gave it with such attitude and snark! Great response to someone cheating on weight. A cheat is a cheat and as good as stealing. I was stolen from, cheated on weight.
I am sure I cant be the only one. I called back In and was told that the store has the last say! So they can steal and then just say we're good?
Dishonesty is illegal? When you take someones money and don't give them what they paid for!!

I had an order set to be delivered today. I waited from 8 a.m.
to 7 p.m., but there was no delivery.
I contacted customer service and was told nothing other than there was a delay and the dispensary would contact me. If we're treating marijuana as medication, can you explain how this is allowed?!!

I took back the indica capsules after taking 1 but left me hungover! Instead of letting me exchange it for the sativa they gave me a measly 28$ store credit because I got them on a very good sale a sale u rarely have on the capsules!
I can see getting store credit at what I paid, but even exchange is a no brainer!
If this is how the new management is running the store they will for sure lose their customers! They were no other customers when I was there, I can certainly see why!!

Disrespectful customer service at Apollo Beach location. Staff undermines patients' needs for medication, instead making the patient uncomfortable for the comfort of others, while the patient must remain silent.

Customer service horrible
The worst customer service I have ever encountered.
The sad part is that all of their call-center employees are kind and over and over again they apologize. The problem is that all of their apologies for all of their errors do not ever actually make the situation right (ie ordering online setting up for delivery and theyre not showing up after waiting all day long no phone call, nothing.).
Their apologies dont change anything.
They have no respect for peoples time, money or inconveniences.
They get the one star for knowing, very well, how to say, We are sorry. And boy are they!
